Details & FAQ

What is the average creation time?

The complete artistic process typically takes 3 to 6 weeks. This ensures ample time for conceptualization, the meticulous layering of media, and the necessary curing period to protect the work's integrity.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing for custom commissions is variable and primarily based on the dimensions of the requested piece, the complexity of the vision, and the specific materials required for the chosen technique.

Which artistic techniques are used?

Acrylic on canvas / Pastel & charcoal on paper / Mixed media.

What are the payment terms?

To initiate the creation process, an advance payment corresponding to 50% (fifty percent) of the total agreed value of the artwork will be required as a deposit.

Upon completion of the artwork, photographs confirming its finalization will be sent. The remaining balance of 50% (fifty percent) must be paid prior to the collection of the artwork.

Should the remaining balance not be paid within 3 (three) business days following notification of the artwork’s completion, the deposit will not be refunded and the artwork will not be released and shall remain in the possession of the artist.

In the event of cancellation, withdrawal, or loss of interest by the client, any amounts already paid shall be non-refundable, due to the personalized and exclusive nature of the artwork.

Is there a formal contract?

Yes, a clear Service Agreement is provided at the start of our collaboration. Upon confirmation of interest in commissioning the artwork, the Service Agreement will be forwarded to the client for formal signature by both parties.

Yes. The artwork will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by the artist.

What is your revision policy?

Minor adjustments may be requested up to 5 days after the contract is signed and deposit is made. Once the process begins, no adjustments will be considered.

Who holds the copyrights?

All copyrights related to the artwork shall remain exclusively with the artist. Reproduction, use, commercial exploitation, or improper disclosure of the artwork, whether nationally or internationally, is strictly prohibited without the artist’s prior written authorization.
